Rheem and Trane Dealer, but service all common
makes and models, such as Carrier, York, Ruud,
American Standard, Florida Heat Pump, and all

Residential Service Contracts

a scheduled maintenance service contract that

Perform scheduled
air conditioning maintenance twice per year,
including a precision tune-up, cleaning, and
safety inspection
Check compressor operations
Check and adjust blower components
Inspect indoor &
outdoor coils
Check voltage and amperage on all motors
Test starting capabilities
Check operating
pressures for proper refrigerant charge and add Freon if necessary
up to 1lb.
Inspect thermostats and check operations
Lubricate all moving parts as required
Inspect and check safeties as needed
Clean condensate drain pan and flush out drain line
Inspect all electrical connections and tighten all screws
Add algacid preventative treatment to the drain pan
Inspect compressor contactor and relays
Record temperatures
and pressures
Inspect and replace air filters (as agreed)
Wash outdoor coils (as agreed)
Provide detailed inspection
